Madhuram Overseas operates as a single-roof non-ferrous metal house. Casting, CNC, polishing, plating, PVD finishing and packing in brass, copper, zinc and aluminium — every stage inside our own plant at GIDC Dared.
Casting & forging
Sand-casting and gravity die-casting in IS 319:2007 brass for handles, locks and bath fittings. Forging on heavier sections.
CNC machining
Multi-spindle CNC and VMC bays for tolerances down to 0.01 mm. 24/7 capacity for repeat orders, dedicated jigs for project SKUs.
Polishing & finishing
Buffing, brushing, antique relief, two-tone masking. Fourteen finishes on the standard chart, custom finishes on request.
PVD & electroplating
In-house PVD line for Rose Gold, Gold, Zed Black and matt variants. Decorative chrome and electroplating on the same floor.
Brass extrusion
Continuous-cast billets feeding extrusion presses. Ten alloy grades, diameters 5-100 mm, lengths up to 6 m. Knurling and surface-finishing at the same plant.
Pack, label, ship
Foam-fitted master cartons, lot-numbered labels, container loading from Mundra and Pipavav. Documentation handled by the export desk.
