Why Madhuram
Built for buyers who refuse to compromise on brass.
Most brass that ships out of Jamnagar trades hands two or three times before it reaches a project. Madhuram is different — we are the people who own the furnace, the CNC, the buffing wheel and the QA bench. That control is why specifiers, large brands and government projects choose us.
Pure brass, IS 319:2007
Every piece is cast and finished in 100% pure brass certified to IS 319:2007 — the same alloy used by India's heritage hardware houses.
14 finishes. One quality bar.
From Satin Glossy to PVD Rose Gold, every finish on a Madhuram piece is held to the same dimensional, durability and colour-match standard.
10 brass alloy grades
Our extrusion line runs CZ121 through C46400 — including marine-grade Naval Brass and architectural C38500. The right alloy for the right application.
Designed in-house
Five-stage design discipline — empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test — runs every collection. Award-recognised in design and architecture publications.
What this means in practice
Six things that don't move at Madhuram.
Brass is brass.
We never substitute brass with zinc-alloy or lacquered base metal. If it says brass, it's IS 319:2007 brass — measured, not assumed.
QA is non-negotiable.
Every batch passes dimensional, finish-thickness and salt-spray QA before it leaves the line. No fast-track, no exceptions.
Finishes are matched, not 'close enough'.
Buyers spec a finish across 30 SKUs and need them to match in one room. Our finishing line holds colour delta-E inside ±1.5.
Packaging is brand-grade.
Foam-fitted, sealed, labelled with finish, alloy and lot number. Project sites unbox without surprises.
Lead times we can hold.
Standard SKUs ship in 21 working days. Custom finishes in 35. We don't promise what the line can't deliver.
After-sales actually happens.
10-year warranty on locks. Replacement components shipped, not argued. The relationship doesn't end at the invoice.
